Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for groundworks projects
- Review drawings, specs, and tender documentation

We're expanding our team at TJ Brayne and looking for an experienced QS to join us.
It's a hands-on, high-impact role - you'll manage project finances from award through to final account, working closely with our commercial and operations teams to keep projects profitable and on track.
You'll get a competitive salary (DOE), company pension, and a genuinely supportive team behind you - with a strong pipeline of projects and clear scope to progress your career as we grow.
Key responsibilities:
- Measure, value, and manage project costs throughout the build
- Prepare and agree interim valuations and payment applications
- Manage subcontractor accounts, including variations and final accounts
- Identify commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities as projects progress
- Partner with site and commercial teams to protect margin and resolve issues early
What we're looking for:
- Proven groundworks estimating experience
