Key objectives

The key objective for TJ Brayne’s work was to deliver a new car park for Kineton High School, providing safe, functional access and parking for staff, visitors and the wider school community as part of the site’s wider transformation. All work completed was built to code, ensuring accessibility for all users.

‍

Delivered alongside the phased construction of the new three-storey teaching building and separate sports and community facility, TJ Brayne’s works needed to progress without disrupting the live school environment - supporting Wates careful phasing of the wider rebuild so that Kineton High School’s 1,100+ pupils and staff experienced minimal disruption throughout construction.
